ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Marc Natoli
Founder - RTA Custom Kitchens
RTA Custom Kitchens was developed by Australian entrepreneur and third-generation cabinet maker Marc Natoli.
As a qualified cabinet maker, Marc has spent years working directly within the cabinetry and construction industry, gaining firsthand experience in how premium kitchens and custom joinery are created and manufactured.
Through this experience, he saw a significant gap in the market.
Traditional custom joinery can deliver exceptional results, but the manufacturing processes, labour and overheads involved can make premium cabinetry unnecessarily expensive.
At the opposite end of the market, Ready-To-Assemble cabinetry has traditionally been associated with standard sizes, limited choices and mass-produced products.
Marc set out to bridge that gap.
The result is RTA Custom Kitchens - combining the flexibility, materials and quality expected from professional European-style cabinetry with the efficiency of a modern Ready-To-Assemble system.

A Smarter Way to Deliver Custom Kitchens
For decades, high-end kitchens have primarily been supplied through traditional custom joinery and cabinetry workshops.
These kitchens are often manufactured individually, requiring skilled labour, manufacturing facilities and complex production workflows. While this approach can deliver exceptional cabinetry, it can also create significant cost and time barriers for builders and homeowners.
At the same time, the growth of low-cost imported RTA cabinetry created another problem.
Much of the RTA market became focused on mass-produced cabinets with standard sizes, limited finishes and limited flexibility.
That created a gap between traditional custom cabinetry and conventional RTA kitchens.
